We are delighted you are considering joining us at Toki. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we have outlined our booking and dining policies below. By making a reservation at Toki, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Reservations

Our online booking system reflects our most current availability. If your preferred date or time is not available, please get in touch and we will do our very best to accommodate you. A valid credit card is required to confirm all reservations. Please be assured that no charge is made to your card at the time of booking — your details are held securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards, simply to confirm your reservation and in line with our cancellation policy outlined below.

We will hold your table for 20 minutes past your reservation time. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you let us know so we can continue to hold the table for you. If we do not hear from you within this time, the reservation may need to be released.

Deposits

For reservations of 1–7 guests, no deposit is required. Your credit card on file secures the booking. For groups of 8–24 guests dining in our main restaurant, a deposit of $10 per person is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill

For private dining room bookings, a deposit of 50% of the minimum spend is required at the time of booking. This deposit will also be applied to your final bill. Full details of our private dining rooms and minimum spends are outlined further below.

Deposits can be paid via credit card (a secure payment link will be provided) or by bank transfer. Bank transfer details will be shared upon booking confirmation.
